X-B. Faculty & Staff: Faculty and staff employment policies reflect the search for excellence in appropriate fields of expertise, alignment with the mission statement and values of the Corporation, and demonstrable proficiencies and competencies with oral and written communication. However, employee recruitment does not and will not reflect any discrimination among individuals based on age, creed, ethnicity, gender, marital status, national origin, race, or sexual orientation.

X-C. Students: The selection process for enrollment in educational programs will actively seek students whose former educational records indicate excellence and stability; additionally, students will have to pass basic music proficiency requirements.
