Document Retention

The Chalice of Repose Project has in the past maintained a common sense and implicit document retention policy, and as a result, the organization has generally attempted to retain most corporate documents permanently from inception to the present.

However, in 2015, the corporation has articulated newer record retention and record destruction policies that shall be required of staff, contractors and board members.

The corporation shall reserve the right to destroy and shred certain kinds of archived documents or materials generated by the students enrolled in the educational programs after a 10 year period, and yet shall continue to archive and store corporate documents and records permanently.
